Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services
Raonebytes provides custom hardware engineering and prototyping services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work — including custom PCB design, firmware development, and physical assembly — all resources allocated to a project are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is received before the engineering team initiates the design phase, a 90% refund of the advance payment may be issued. 10% is retained to cover administrative processing costs.
2.2 After Work Has Started
Once design or development work has commenced, refunds are limited to the cost of unused manufacturing and logistics resources only.
3. Defective Hardware
If a delivered prototype has a defect that deviates from the approved technical specification, Raonebytes will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost. Return shipping for warranty corrections is covered by Raonebytes.
How to Submit a Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted by email to ops@raonebytes.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
